How to Order your Mohawk Canoe

ON LINE... Our On Line Store  is a secure site - you may use Master Card or Visa

1. Go to our "On Line Store" by clicking the link below.

2. Once in the "Store" click on a category and select your canoe.

3. Go back to the category list, scroll down to the 2nd page and choose install options and add any options you would like.

4. Proceed to the check out line.

If you would prefer not to include your credit card number on your fax or e-mail, you may call us and we will take it over the phone.

Fax or e-mail the following information: (an easy way to provide the correct info is to scroll down, and print out an order form and fax it to us).

1. Name - Mailing Address - Phone (day & evening)

2. If available, include your fax number and e-mail address

3. Model & material of canoe - Color - Seat style (web or cane)

4. Any options

5. Outfitted Whitewater Boats - please include air bag color.

6. If you have a moment, please let us know how you heard about

We will be happy to help you in your selection of a Mohawk canoe and answer any questions you may have. We can also take your Visa or Master Card number over the phone. We will, however, still require you to fax, e-mail or mail a hard copy of your order. This greatly reduces the chance of errors on your canoe order.

SHIPPING... Canoes are shipped to motor freight terminals located throughout the country by Roadway, South Eastern, ABF, Averitt Express or USF Dugan. Shipping Charges are paid directly to the terminal at the time of pick up. Go to the Estimated Freight Rate page for an estimate of freight to your area.

We will be happy to talk with you about finding the terminal closest to you and an approximate freight cost. At that time we can give you their address and phone number of the terminal along with the tracking number for your canoe.

Once the canoe leaves here, you will need to call the terminal with the tracking number and arrange a time for pick up. The shipping company will have your phone number - but if we tell them to call you, they may charge you an "notify fee" of $23.00.

DAMAGES... Inspect your canoe before you pay the freight and sign for it. If there is a problem regarding any damage, call us immediately. Once you accept the canoe, the freight company considers it "received in good condition" and claims are much more difficult.

We have spent a lot of time in developing and improving our packaging so damages are very rare.
